Refund Policy
Effective date: 13 July 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for StopBouncing credit pack purchases.
1. All sales are final
All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
- You consent to the immediate supply of digital credits upon payment confirmation.
- You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), because the digital content is supplied immediately with your explicit prior consent.
Credits never expire — your balance carries forward indefinitely regardless of usage.
2. The only exception: verified service failure
A refund will be issued solely in the following circumstance:
- Credit deducted but verification not performed — if a credit is charged to your balance but no verification result was returned due to a technical error on our infrastructure, that credit is automatically restored to your account balance. No action is required from you.
If you believe a credit was deducted without a corresponding verification result and the automatic restoration did not occur, contact billing@stopbouncing.com with the job ID and timestamp. We will investigate and correct your balance within 2 business days.
A verification that returns a result — whether valid, invalid, unknown, or disposable — is a completed service delivery. Credits used for completed verifications are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
3. Duplicate charges
If your payment method was charged more than once for the same order, contact billing@stopbouncing.com with your payment reference. We will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.
4. Account suspension
If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, remaining credit balance is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a purchase covered by this policy will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to recover any amounts refunded via chargeback for completed service deliveries.
