Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?

One credit = one email address verified. Credits are deducted from your balance each time an address is checked, whether via the dashboard or the API.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits purchased via any pack remain in your account indefinitely. There are no monthly fees and no renewal costs.

What happens to my uploaded list after verification?

Uploaded CSV files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours of processing. We do not retain your email data.

Can I use the API instead of the dashboard?

Yes. Every plan includes full API access. Generate API keys from your dashboard and authenticate your requests with a bearer token.

What counts as 'unknown'?

Some addresses cannot be definitively confirmed — catch-all domains, or providers that block SMTP checks. These are returned as 'unknown' rather than invalid, so you don't incorrectly remove real contacts.
