How large a file can I upload?
StopBouncing supports CSV files with hundreds of thousands of email addresses. If you need to verify millions of addresses, use our API to integrate verification directly into your data pipeline.
How long does bulk verification take?
Processing time depends on the size of your list. A list of 10,000 emails typically completes within a few minutes. Very large lists may take longer depending on provider response times for each domain.
Can I upload a list without a header row?
Yes. If your CSV has no header, our system detects the email column based on content patterns. We recommend including a header row for clarity when using exported files from marketing platforms.
How much does bulk email verification cost?
Bulk verification uses the same per-email credit pricing as single lookups — from €0.0005 per address at volume. There are no additional bulk processing fees. You only pay for addresses actually verified.
Is my email list kept private?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Email lists are permanently deleted 48 hours after verification completes. We never share, sell, or use customer data for any purpose other than providing the service.
