Which coins are accepted?+
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin, and many more via OxaPay. The complete list is shown at checkout.
How long does payment confirmation take?+
Confirmation time depends on the network. USDT on Tron typically confirms within a minute. Bitcoin can take 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion. Credits are added as soon as the first on-chain confirmation arrives.
Is there a minimum purchase?+
Yes — the minimum is 10,000 credits (€18). You can also enter a custom amount if you need an exact number of verifications.
Is my payment anonymous?+
OxaPay processes payments on-chain. We receive confirmation that payment was made — we do not see your wallet address or personal information beyond what you provided at registration.
What if my payment fails or expires?+
OxaPay invoices expire after a set window. If a payment expires before confirming, simply start a new checkout — no credits are deducted and no charge occurs until a successful confirmation.
